Preparation of Hansel and Gretel Green Tea
Infuse 12 to 15g of tea in one liter of water (or one tea bag for a single cup) for 2 to 3 minutes at 80°C.
This tea can also be enjoyed as an iced tea for a light, fragrant infusion to savour all year round.
