Delivery within 24/48 hrs

At My Bubble Tea, we know that shipping and delivery times are a key factor. This is why we make it a priority to ship your orders quickly.

Once your order has been validated and paid, your parcel is shipped within 1 to 2 working days with DPD delivery (24/48 hrs) or DB Schenker (3/4 days). All parcels are shipped with insurance.

Please note: these delivery times apply only to orders paid immediately. Bank transfers may result in longer processing times.

Your orders are prepared with great care to ensure all products are well protected during shipment. If despite all precautions your items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt.

Delivery Tracking

Whatever delivery method you choose, once your parcel is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your order online.

This tracking number is also available at any time in your customer account.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping costs depend on:

- the geographical area
France or International

- the order amount
Every order is shipped with insurance, which varies depending on the total value of your order

- the parcel weight

The free shipping threshold is set at €300 excl. VAT on the professional website.
