Why Are Our Bubble Tea Pearls Better?

Not just because they are designed, produced and packaged in France!

Even though, of course, that matters too, it’s not the only factor that makes our fruit pearls so vibrant and delicious.

Premium ingredients for exceptional flavour

We believe that a good Bubble Tea should be as wholesome as it is indulgent. That’s why all our recipes are made without artificial colours or flavours — a commitment we detail on this page. They contain at least 19% premium French-made syrups.

And to obtain a glossy outer shell, we use alginate produced from algae harvested in Brittany. You can also discover our French-made fruit pearls.

Eco-responsible production, from sourcing to packaging

Because “made in France” is not enough: we are committed at every step to ensuring an eco-responsible production process. Every stage has been designed to reduce our environmental footprint. To learn more, visit our Eco-responsibility Commitment page.

Eco-responsible sourcing

We do not produce fruit pearls using raw materials imported from Asia. We use French-made syrup and alginate extracted from algae harvested in Brittany.

A French-made and eco-designed production tool

Our encapsulation machine was designed and manufactured in France specifically for our production. It consumes 7 to 8 times less water than standard equipment imported from Asia — a true industrial and environmental choice.

Eco-friendly packaging

Most other Bubble Tea pearls on the market come in disposable plastic jars. We chose a different path: our Bubble Tea pearls are packaged in reusable and recyclable glass jars.

My Bubble Tea is above all a small team committed to preserving local know-how and ethical production.

An R&D department dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement

In our workshop in Brittany, our R&D team creates new recipes, explores new textures and constantly works to improve the quality of our products. Because for us, innovating does not mean producing more — it means producing better.
