Marrakech Mint Green Tea Bubble Tea Tasting
This green tea, filled with the aromas of the Maghreb, is both fresh and fragrant. It is wonderful enjoyed either hot or cold as a thirst-quenching drink. The generous mint flavor can be further enhanced with mint syrup or fresh mint leaves. It pairs beautifully with our popping boba (perles de fruit)—raspberry, strawberry, lemon, or lychee... let your creativity run wild!
Preparation of Marrakech Mint Green Tea Bubble Tea
First, prepare your tea base by infusing 12 to 15g of tea in one liter of water for 2-3 minutes at 80°C. For a cold version, you can also opt for a cold brew method (infusing for 1 to 3 hours in cold water).
Let your infusion cool down slightly before pouring it into your bubble tea mug, then add 30 to 50g of raspberry popping boba. Sweeten to taste with a spoonful of mint syrup. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves, pop in your XXL straw, and enjoy!
Tip: In this recipe, the raspberry popping boba can easily be replaced with lychee, strawberry, or lemon boba.
