Preparation of Sencha Zhejiang Green Tea
Infuse 12 to 15g of tea in one liter of water (or one tea bag for a single cup) for 2-3 minutes at 75–80°C.
Sencha Zhejiang green tea can also be cold-brewed to make a refreshing iced tea.
