Russian Earl Grey Black Tea Tasting
It is not widely known, but Russia is a true land of tea. A symbol of hospitality, it is prepared using a samovar and enjoyed at any time of the day. It comes as no surprise, then, that much like the British, the Russians have their own "house" blend. Here, the traditional bergamot black tea is enhanced with marigold and cornflower petals.
Preparation of Russian Earl Grey Black Tea
Infuse 12 to 15g of tea in one litre of water (or one tea bag for a single cup) for 3–5 minutes at 100°C.
An Organic Russian Earl Grey Black Tea
Our Russian Earl Grey black tea is an organic tea. The European organic label identifies products that comply with the European Union's organic farming regulations, which are based on the prohibition of synthetic fertilisers and pesticides. For processed products (such as tea and herbal blends including spices, fruits, or flowers), it guarantees that at least 95% of the ingredients are organically grown.
