Chai Bubble Tea: A spiced bubble tea
The word "Chai" means "tea" in Hindi. For us, it is synonymous with tea scented with spices. Here we find notes of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and vanilla, which marry perfectly with a splash of milk, some tapioca pearls, and syrup. A cocktail of intense and delicious flavours. Equipped with a blender? Do not hesitate to test a gourmet version with chocolate ice cream... In any case, follow the guide!
Preparation of Chai Bubble Tea
The preparation of Chai bubble tea is a very simple homemade bubble tea recipe to make.
- Let your black tea infuse while respecting the indicated dosage and infusion time.
- Add a splash of milk (or more, depending on your taste).
- Add syrup according to the desired sweetness.
- Add 30g to 50g of Tapioca pearls that you have cooked beforehand (for the preparation of Tapioca pearls, check out our short tutorial).
- Insert your XXL straw and sip!
For a gourmet version, mix two scoops of chocolate ice cream, 10cl of milk, a little crushed ice, and a splash of Chai tea syrup in a blender. Enjoy without moderation with your Bubble Tea straw.
